This is the new delegate app for the International Congress of
Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia (ELSA) 2014. This meeting will be held in Nusa Dua from October 8th - 11th, 2014, at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC).
